The accommodations, service, friendly atmosphere, and food offerings could not have been better. We stayed in the Loft with a nice balcony facing the beautiful hills on the opposite side of the ski mountain. Tranquil, quiet, and serene. Best sleep we have had in years. The hotel shuttle to the gondolas were so easy to get. They are scheduled often, but even when we missed one, the driver (sometimes the owner), would hop in to the van and off we went. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had virtually everything you could want. The guests were very nice and willing to strike up a conversation, If you are worried about not being fluent in Italian; not to worry. The desk staff and the restaurant staff are all able to communicate in English, or so it seemed. The picture of the spa and pool area do not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. You enter the outdoor salt water pool from the inside, so you don't have to feel the shock of the cold air. For those who feel that the number 1 need for a hotel is cleanliness, you will find everything clean, very clean! We are regular travelers and discriminating when it comes to restaurants and hotels and would rate this hotel 5 Stars based on our overall experience. Perhaps it wouldn't qualify for 5 stars based on the strict criteria, but this hotel had everything that we wanted and more. Thank you Oliver and everyone else that made our stay a trip of a lifetime (that we hope to repeat again next year).

Come ormai consuetudine da tanti anni la settimana bianca al Portillo anche quest'anno è stata favolosa. Sia per la qualità della camera, sia per la sala wellness, sia per la pulizia, la cortesia della Fam. Senoner. Sinceramente, non oso pensare a nessun altro posto per sciare che non sia Selva di Val Gardena e nessun altro hotel che non sia il Portillo

Hotel Portillo Dolomites 1966 is werkelijk een pareltje in de Dolomieten. Dit hotel combineert luxe, comfort en gastvrijheid op een uitzonderlijke manier. De kamers zijn ronduit prachtig: stijlvol ingericht, ruim en voorzien van alle moderne gemakken. Het interieur ademt warmte en charme, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt. De aandacht voor detail in zowel design als comfort maakt het verblijf extra speciaal. Het personeel verdient een bijzondere vermelding. Iedereen is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Of het nu gaat om een vraag over het hotel, tips voor de omgeving of hulp bij specifieke wensen, alles wordt met een glimlach en oprechte aandacht geregeld. Deze persoonlijke benadering maakt het verblijf uniek. De ligging van het hotel is perfect: omringd door het adembenemende berglandschap van de Dolomieten. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, en dankzij de ski-in mogelijkheid kunnen wintersportliefhebbers direct van de piste naar het hotel glijden. Dit gemak voegt enorm veel toe aan de beleving. Ook de shuttle service is perfect georganiseerd. Of je nu naar een nabije skipiste, of eentje verderop, de service is punctueel en comfortabel. Het is een geweldige extra die zorgt voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Kortom, Hotel Portillo Dolomites 1966 biedt alles wat je van een luxe verblijf in de bergen mag verwachten en meer. Camera ordinata cn gradevole balcone che ahimè, nel nostro caso, dava sulla strada che taglia Selva. L’edificio è situato molto vicino alla strada 😞 Buona e abbondante la ristorazione, con ingredienti direi di buona qualità. Le piscine sono ben curate e all’apparenza ampie ma non quando la struttura è quasi al completo. Trovo il pelo alle pareti non molto igienico

È il secondo anno di file che soggiorno in questo hotel tra Natale e Capodanno. L’hotel è di facile accesso ed ha un proprio parcheggio, è sulla pedonale che porto a Selva ed ha una fermata dei mezzi pubblici proprio davanti. L’hotel è esteticamente molto carino, in stile tipico, pulitissimo con personale capace, gentile e disponibile. La camera - decisamente troppo riscaldata - scelta per tre persone ha però il terzo letto troppo piccolo per un ragazzo adulto ed ha una pecca nel bagno cioè la porta ha molto poca privacy e non a tutti è gradito. Colazione più che buona ma con una scelta non proprio ampia, cena di qualità ma credo troppo cara per gli ospiti dell hotel. Centro benessere e SPA ben tenuti, puliti ma peccato che sia aperto totalmente solo dalle 14,00. Skyroom disponibile e comoda come pure il servizio di accompagnamento alle piste. Aggiungo che la junior suite in uso lo scorso anno decisamente molto carina. Nel complesso e complice il tempo bellissimo un hotel da consigliare.

Soggiorno per una settimana di vacanza nella cornice della splendida Val Gardena. La struttura dispone di tutti i servizi ed è gestita in maniera straordinaria da Oliver e da tutto lo staff. Impeccabili sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è strategica e comoda per raggiungere ogni punto rilevante della Valle con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Torneremo presto. Al prossimo anno!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Accoglienza, pulizia, cortesia, cibo e servizi ottimi. Posizione perfetta anche per raggiungere i luoghi di attrazione vicini. Le ragazze dello staff hanno saputo soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Avevo richiesto la colazione anticipata per una mattina e non hanno esitato ad accontentarci. Ci torneremo.
